A Music Actuator is trained by us in the skill of bringing out – “actuating” – the music that exists in everyone. Essential to our approach is the belief that everyone, whatever their level of musical functioning, has a right to make music and can do so in a way to enhance their Life Energy (chi), the healing power within. The role of the Actuator is to catalyze that process. Community Pianist Training

The goal of Community Piano is to inspire others to make music with high Life Energy.  Community pianists can be of service at any kind of keyboard-led singing event, such a chorus at a school, a music outreach program in a nursing home, a choir in a church, or even a family singalong. Volunteer Training for Music Outreach

We train groups of volunteers in our unique “outreach” approach to music-making, and then get them making music in local seniors’ homes. It’s easy and life-enhancing. Learn more »

Staff Training

We train the staff of health-care facilities (such as nursing homes and hospitals) and schools to run their own Music Outreach. Staff training is a cost-effective way of bringing the benefits of music-making into care communities and educational programs on a long-term basis.  What’s more it doesn’t require musical expertise from those involved.
