Stretch and Breath Class

This class is an innovative approach to energizing the body through balanced stretching and breathing practices. It is based on the concept of Life Energy (Chi) and that to be healthy you want to have high Life Energy. You will learn how to maximize the flow of energy around your body through stretching and breathing procedures. These include the birthing trauma and breath work of Robert Fulford DO; the evolutionary development procedures of Raymond Dart MD; and most especially, the work of holistic medical pioneer John Diamond MD, with whom she has personally trained for the last fourteen years in the Diamond Path of Life.

Two venues/days:

  • Fridays 1:15 – 2:15pm, Bard College, Stevenson Gym.
    Free, for gym members and the Bard Community.
  • Saturdays @ 11 am, Everybody’s Yoga, Billings Plaza, 2419 Rte 82, Lagrangeville, NY 12540.
    Drop-in Rate $15.
