Introduction to the Alexander Technique

Through a powerful method of touch, this technique, used successfully by many in rehabilitation, performing arts, sports and business worlds, helps to accelerate healing from injuries, ease strain and tension in performance and presentation situations and can improve your game.  Apply its easily learnt principles and enjoy the results immediately. Use the Alexander Technique to help prevent conditions associated with stress and poor posture. These can lead to decreased mobility, neck and back pain and problems with breathing. Through simple everyday movements of standing, sitting, walking, we can examine and identify the levels of effort that accompany these actions so that we can change inefficient movement patterns, restoring our natural co-ordination.
