Peter Kiewra: All Singing, All Dancing

Peter Kiewra is the original Everything Kid: he sings, he dances, and he plays great piano and trumpet. And not just other people’s stuff, for he is also a great improviser. What’s more he is stylistically broad, being equally at home in jazz, popular, classical, or blues. With a student as talented and diverse as Peter, we believe it essential to encourage every aspect of his musicianship-the improvisation, the various instruments, and styles he plays and to do so in a way that nurtures his creativity and his love of what he does.
